Mooring

Dear Mooring Customer,

Welcome to Fallen Leaf Lake CSD. The Fallen Leaf Lake Marina is operated by California Land Management. They  operated our Marina and Store and have provided great service to the Fallen Leaf Community. Please let us know if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions. You may contact CLM Store and Marina Manager Mike Basso (530-544-5323) or the District General Manager, Gary Gerren (530-544-3300 or ggerren@fllcsd.org).

The Marina will be open for your launching on the Memorial Day weekend. There may be the occasional snowstorm or inclement weather that is endemic to the Sierra, but we will be ready.

The seasonal mooring fee for this summer is $1650.00. Please keep in mind that boats moored at the Fallen Leaf Marina may not exceed 22 ft., 3100 lbs. and 100-inch beam. An additional reminder – to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species in Fallen Leaf Lake, hot water boat washing is required prior to launching / mooring your boat. We will provide additional information upon receipt of your Marina Slip Rental Agreement. To secure your mooring slip please fill out the enclosed mooring agreement, enclose your check made payable to California Land Management FLL Marina. You may obtain a mooring agreement on this site or pick one up at any time from the Store or Marina prior to Memorial Day Weekend. Upon request, returning customers will be assigned to the slip location they used last summer. Please identify that slip location on the marina slip map available on this site and return it with your Marina Slip Rental Agreement. If you are a returning customer and would like to request a different slip location, please make a note to that effect on your Marina Slip Rental Agreement. Requests will be handled according to available slip locations.  New customers will be accepted and assigned an available mooring slip.

Please contact us with any questions you may have. We thank you for your business and look forward to seeing you at Fallen Leaf for another wonderful season.
